| Neutral Lands |
| Villages
There are a few villages scattere around the Neutral Lands. Most are very poor and small, since there is no reign in the neutral lands. The people are often very suspiscious of outsiders, never knowing who may be trying to rob them. So much tension between kingdoms can make people pretty hostile, after all.

| Nanka Mountains
The Nanka mountains are the southern-most mountains of the Hakumei Mountain Range. Nestled between the two great river borders, they are open to either kingdom. There are many trails and caves along these mountains an, closer to the rivers, there are quite a few hotsprings. The mountains do provide some protection to the Neutral Lands, since they are nudged in between the borders.

| Midoru Forest
Below the mountains is a lush, thick green forest. The forest stretches from river to river and ends near the southmost shore of the lands. Midoru Forest takes up most of the Neutral Lands, since the mountains only take up the northern part of the lands.

| Naiya Shore
The shore is one of the most beautiful places in the land. The place is named for the lovely sunsets when the light on the ocean glistens and shines like diamonds on eternal blue. Day or night the scene is always beautiful in a peaceful and sometimes romantic sense.

| City Ruins
Between the mountains and the forest there are miles of ruins, spreading over a small river, which appear to have been a large city. The remnants of a castle sit on the river edge. not much to see here, but there are some strays who stay here, some live here.

| Shikyo Territory |
| Reikoku
Reikoku is the capital of Shikyo. The city sits between the northmost mountains, the plains, and the forests, right on the river. It's located more north of the territory, the somewhat in the middle. A large castle sits on a mountain, overlooking the city like a dark cloud.

| Villages
Most of the villages are very poor in this territory, their money being sucked dry by lords. The people are often desperate, doing whatever they can for food, money, and shelter. Killing, robbing, betrayal is all everyday things. The weakest find someone strong to protect them or perish. Life is hard here...except for those who are in the Emperor's favor.

| Hokumen Mountains
The Hokumen mountains only take up a small part of the north-eastern territory. These mountains are dark, almost black, and most are volcanic. Some have nothing that grows on them, others are covered with black trees. There are many caves and some hotsprings, but neither are safe or comfortable. Demons lurk everywhere.

| Makura Forest
These forests are dark, almost pitch black. No light is here and many would easily become lost. Demons feast on the weak and challenge the strong; no one is safe. There are many stories about those who enter and never leave, as well as what may dwell in these dark shadows. True or not, most stay away.

| Fuyu Plains
The far northwest of the territory is nothing but winter plains. They stretch into the desert wastelands even, where none dare to go. There is never any sun or warmth here, just cold and neverending white.

| Kugai Desert
The far north of Shikyo Territory is nothing but a desert wasteland. Any who come end up dying or wandering lost until the brink of death. Buzzards watch any travelers hungrily, following them in wait of their death. The days are too hot, causing creatures to become dehydrated too quickly. The nights are too cold, forcing travelers to stay awake in shivers.

| Burakku Shore
On this shore it is always night. The sand is black, the sea is black, and the sky is black. A silver moon hoovers in the sky, casting the shore in a silvery glow. Although peaceful, this place is dangerous. There are creatures that lurk in the black water. Should you fall asleep they will crawl onto land and steal your soul.

| Kibou Territory |
| Akari Capital
The capital is near the border of the mountains, near the lush plains. The city is alive and bustling, full of life and kindness. The castle is located west of the city, sitting on the side of the last mountain.

| Villages
The villages in the Kibou territory are much richer and friendly than in the other territories. Although the villagers are a bit wary of demons (and hanyous), usually afraid of them.

| Tengoku Plains
Stretching over most of the territory is a large plain. The plain seems to stretch forever, taking up the majority of the lands. Rolling hills, green grass, and bright flowers capture beauty in summer while sparkling snow holds peace in winter. The plains seem like a peaceful paradise.

| Nishimuki Mountains
The mountains only take up a bit of the region. They are located in the northwest, around the river border of Shikyo. There are only a few mountains, but they do have trails and hotsprings. Snow covers the tips of the mountains, even the volcanic ones. The scenerary is lovely and peaceful.

| Kyuui Forest
This peaceful forest is located in the south and southwest areas of the territory. Evil has never touched these forests and refuses to enter. There is a sense of purity here and nothing but. Those who enter are filled with a sense of calm joy.

| Mashiro Shore
The shore is too white here, most seem to think. The sand is white as snow and the ocean gleams white in the sunlight. At night the entire shore is bathed in a silvery-white light. It's peaceful here, like the rest of the territory.
